When my son opened his quilt on Christmas morning from his younger years I actually burst into tears! I saw him as a 5 year old learning to play soccer, an 8 year old pitching in and winning his Little League Championship game, playing travel soccer, the list goes on!!!

I’ve been saving tshirts for years so one day a blanket could be made.
My daughter enlisted in the military last year and is now stationed literally on the other side of the world.
I started looking into companies that specialized in blankets and couldn’t really find exactly what I was looking for (yet). The company I initially chose had instructions to cut the shirts, so I did. THEN I found Campus Quilt.
Because the shirts had been cut, I was nervous I had ruined this project. I had smaller tshirts, thin tshirts, a barista apron, a flannel shirt, etc. Lots of textures. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. The quilt is absolutely beautiful.
The best part, my daughter loves it. She said it was the most thoughtful gift she’s ever been given.

Last month, I made a random decision to splurge and go after one of those facebook ads to make a quilt out of old t-shirts. I used campus quilt and my quilt arrived today. It is totally awesome and far exceeded my expectations I cleaned out a drawer or 2 to send 25 t-shirts to them with directions for the layout, and IMHO, WOW, just WOW! They are better being trasformed into this quilt than hiding in the drawer! Communication and interaction with the sales team was fabulous, and easy to work with. If you are in doubt, rest assured, when you receive your delivery the unveiling will put a giant smile on your face….it is better than any of the pictures show – and the pictures are pretty awesome too. The fleece back feels wonderful and I look forward to when ethis makes it to my bed.
